DIGA – BARA

Diga-Bara is a new concept in material handling, primarily designed for mini excavators, enabling a single operator to be more productive, by virtue of allowing continuity of work without leaving the operator's cabin.

Extremely strong in design, Diga-Bara is capable of tackling the toughest jobs, yet is lightweight in it's construction for ease of use and transportation. eg pick-up truck/small trailer. Diga-Bara's tipping mechanism can be operated by simply releasing the locking catch using the excavator's bucket, or the operator may take out small amounts as required. eg concrete, pipe bedding etc. by simply scooping out with the excavator bucket. Diga-Bara is virtually maintenance free and most serviceable parts can be obtained from your local agricultural or plant dealer/tyre service. Diga-Bara unlike regular site dumpers, has no engine transmission/drive axles, hence due to its light construction Diga-Bara has a very low ground contact pressure. We normally hold Diga-Bara units in stock – use our contact page for more details or to arrange a demo

TRACKED DUMPERS

With the increased usage of mini excavators there is a requirement to move excavated material with both walk behind and small ride-on tracked dumpers. These are ideally partnered with a mini excavator particularly where restricted site access is a problem. The WB05 models have Mitsubishi air-cooled petrol engines, the WBOTs utilise a Yanmar air-cooled diesel and all other models have liquid cooled Kubota diesel engines

For the extremes in weather and site conditions nothing can compete with a tracked dumper with its go anywhere ability and low ground bearing pressure. Morooka is a market leader in the design, manufacture and sales of large tracked dumpers. All models have rear discharge but the MST300VD is available with the option of a three way tipping body

HONDA TRACKED LOAD CARRIER

The Honda tracked Load carrier has a unique tread pattern which offers superb traction across varied terrain, gradient or even steps, the low ground pressure leads to minimal damage. The hydraulic scissor lift gives a smooth, controllable, high tip up to 1220mm. The skip is manufactured from robust steel, only 680mm wide and fits through a standard door frame. A hydrostatic drive provides a smooth forward and reverse operation, and a dead mans handle provides security. The load carrier is powered by a Honda OHV 5.5HP 4 stroke petrol engineFor a demonstration, prices or more information use our contactpage

CONCRETE EQUIPMENT

Crush concrete and cut costs with a BAVTRAK Micro Crusher
Why recycle concrete? If you can save on waste and tipping costs, and also on bought-in hardcore, by recycling on site, the benefits are considerable. Add to this the gradual trend for higher taxes on quarried aggregates and landfill waste, as well as increasing fuel costs and traffic congestion, and the advantages are clear to see

    • Narrow access and manouverable
    • Only 720mm wide, weighs just 760kg
    • Electric start, 12 volt system
    • Engine Mitsubishi GM 182 L
Why buy a micro crusher?Modern building sites are becoming ever more compact, with land prices and planning issues dictating more properties are built per acre. Many modern 'detached' houses are in fact barely broken terraces with minimal access to small driveways, and tighty proportioned back gardens. When you need to deal with waste concrete, whilst also keeping property owners with their neighbours happy, the BAVTRAK excels. It is possible to maximise output whilst minimising mess and vehicle movements, with a reduction in on/off site traffic. The BAVTRAK will keep quietly working ensuring your work rates are on schedule. For further details on Bavtrak micro crushers, or to arrange an on site demonstration, use our contact page

    Dynapac Concrete Equipment
DYNAPAC is the founder of vibration technology.

The pendulum principle which made it possible to manufacture high-frequency poker vibrators was invented by Dynapac some 50 years ago. With constant developments in concrete equipment technology, DYNAPAC is one of the leading suppliers to the construction industry worldwide.

    POKER VIBRATORS
      • Electronic - 5 Models 25 – 65mm tube diameter
      • Electric – uses standard wall socket, AN & AX Series
      • Tube diameter from 25 – 90mm
      • Pendulum pokers – wide choice of drive units
      • Pneumatic Pokers – diameters from 26 – 155mm
      • Power vibrators with flexible shaft

    VACUUM TREATMENTS
    • The Dynapac vacuum treatment is a mechanical compaction technique reducing water and air contained in the concrete and enabling larger aggregates to move upwards and set in the concrete surface. Using a BA40 vacuum pump and connected BB suction mats allows cement use with higher water content leading to easier pouring while still obtaining a strong concrete. Troweling can start immediately after the suction mats have been removed

    POWER TROWELS
  • Single hand guided power trowels, petrol version available in five models with Honda engines and rotor diameters from 600 – 1140mm
  • Single hand guided power trowels are also available with electric power. Three models, rotor diameter 600mm, 830mm and 1020mm
  • There are also two models of ride on double trowels, working widths 1780mm and 2000mm
  • CONCRETE GRINDERS AND CUTTERS
Dynapac floor concrete saws form a compact range covering the most common cutting applications. All floor saws feature:
  • Constant water cooling of the diamond disk on both sides
  • Honda engine with cyclonic filter
  • Optimum balance for accurate cutting
  • A diesel version

DYNAPAC ROLLERS, PLATE COMPACTORS AND JACK HAMMERS

Dynapac compaction equipment offers planers and a full range of pavers, vibratory rollers and static rollers, trench rollers and duplex rollers, vibratory plates, rammers and concrete equipment or all types. They basically cover the entire compaction and paving field from top to bottom with the customers needs in mind. At MST we focus on only a few of the main divisions from Dynapac, particularly asphalt rollers, plate compactors, tampers and Dynapac rollers, for information on these or any other Dynapac products, please use our contact page.

Tandem RollersDynapac's double drum asphalt roller range features everything from the most compact equipment for repair jobs to large machines for the biggest sites. Vibration dampened platforms, swivel seats for better visibility, logically sorted controls and Roll Over Protective Structures (ROPS) all contribute to the manoeuvrability, operator ergonomics and safety.
Combi RollersThe combi versions are equipped with four rubber tyres at the rear instead of a drum. The rubber wheels are driven in pairs by separate propulsion motors, thus minimising the risk of damaging newly laid asphalt compound when making sharp turns. The rubber wheels ensure a denser and smoother surface on the asphalt, a feature that is sometimes required.
Jumping Jack Hammers - best suited for loose or cohesive soils in a limited area, a ramming shoe alternately strikes and leaves the surface at high speed and compacts the soil. Rammers or tampers as they are called are used for wide range of construction activities.
Plate compactors I soil compactors - used for small repair and maintenance work, Plate tampers use centrifugal force for compacting materials. They are ideal for compaction of granular soils, sands, gravel, crushed aggregate and mixed soils in enclosed areas. They are hand operated and come in two types - one-way plate and forward I reverse plate where forward I reverse operation is required. Reverse vibratory plates are ideal for backfilling along foundations and utility
